I like your idea of a journal ending to the year, I think I will do that kind of reflection on a few levels. Being positive and noting things for next year. Having just left FB after 16 years......I am on the bow of the boat with the breeze of a new river in my face. Ceremonially winding up the year with a reflective journal sounds positive and a way to seal off my inertia and set a new time to begin....again. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. Still being new here I already feel jaded by the number of good reads and with your heart on fire in response.....you go to comment and ohhhhhhhh, I have to pay up. It kinda never works for me.........commenting being allowed and being invested in conversation would have way more of a chance at getting me to alot my meagre income signing up if I was able to engage and comment. SO thank you Olivia.

The lovely thing about journaling is that there's no formula. I will write a post about journaling, as I have a lot to say about it. ~ And yes, I think it will free many people to let go of too much social media activity. 🩷😊

You’ve inspired me to lighten my load a bit toward the end of the year and have a stopping point. Starting the year rested and with a clear head sounds wonderful.
