I was just talking with a friend last night about anxiety over too much to do. 'Tis the season, I think.

I think the anxiety begins with having to make too many choices. ~ There's just too much content out there (and not all quality content). Starbucks is the best example. What happened to just coffee with milk and sugar? I write about it in my new book 'Mornings in 50 Words.' πŸ’›

I patronize local coffee shops, but they have a lot of choices too.

For me it feels more like too many things that have to get done. I just completed a big project today and that feels good, but lots more to do.

Oh, Starbucks was just an example. I definitely prefer local coffee shops.πŸ˜ƒ ~ And there's always lots more to do. For me, it never stops. I have to make it stop.

I love Haruki Murakami, and have read many of his novels. Like entering a dream. But I haven't read this! I'll have to take a look.

The concept is to write 50 (approx. 50) words in the morning to ignite creativity. 50 words about anything that comes to your mind. The book includes 365 prompts inspired by what I wrote that morning. ~ 😊😊
